Social Media Marketing
We're a fast-moving performance marketing team running paid social at volume — and we need someone who lives in short-form video and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping ads, fast. This isn't a "one polished video a week" role. We move in volume. If you can sit down and crank out 5–10 ad variations in a day without losing the plot, you'll thrive here. Fully in-office, no remote.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities in this role.
- Cut short-form ads (UGC-style, hook-driven, 15–60 sec) for paid social on Meta, TikTok, and beyond
- Build variations fast — new hooks, angles, edits — so the team can test relentlessly
- Use AI tools to speed up production: image gen, AI voiceover, video gen, the whole stack
- Take a script or rough concept and turn it into a finished ad with minimal hand-holding
- Ship 5–10 ad variations in a day when the pipeline demands it — volume without losing quality
- Collaborate with media buyers on what's working and what to cut, remix, or rebuild next
- Stay current on short-form trends, formats, and what stops the scroll in each vertical we run
- Keep assets organized so winning creative is easy to find, iterate on, and redeploy
What We're Looking For
The skills and experience we consider essential.
- Natural instinct for short-form pacing, trends, and what stops the scroll — the stuff that's hard to teach
- Real availability and appetite for consistent output — not a side gig you touch twice a month
- Self-directed: give you a brief and you run with it
- Proficient in CapCut — speed matters more than fancy software
- Comfortable with ChatGPT and AI image generation for assets and concepts
- Experience with Google Flow, Veo, or similar AI video tools
- Experience with ElevenLabs or comparable AI voice generation
- General sense for what makes a hook land in the first 2 seconds
- Portfolio or sample reel required — show us ads you've cut
Nice to Have
Bonus points — not required, but they'll help you hit the ground running.
- Any experience with Meta or TikTok ad accounts, or media buying on paid social
- Experience running or growing a personal social account with real engagement
- Familiarity with performance metrics like CTR, hook rate, and thumb-stop ratio
- Hands-on time with Canva or Figma for quick static ad variations
- Background in DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing creative

You'll sit in-office with buyers and campaign managers who give direct feedback, kill losers fast, and scale winners immediately. AI tools are part of the workflow, not a gimmick. Speed and instinct matter more than perfection.
